Graduate in Audiovisual Communication Science, Diploma in Cinematography and Photography for Film and TV, and Master’s in Production for Film and TV.

Assistant editor for 6 years in series such“Cuéntame cómo pasó”, “Hay alguien ahi” or “Ángel o demonio” TV movies like “El Castigo” or “11-M, para que nadie lo olvide” (Ondas Award 2011) and short films like “Aquel no era yo” (Goya Award for Best Fiction Short Film 2012 and Oscar nomination for Best Fiction Short Film 2013).

In 2019 I studied a Professional Master’s in Transpersonal Coaching & Emotional Intelligence, and certified ACC by the ICF.

My experience in editing had given me a uniquely intimate perspective on each sequence and I had witnessed not only the growth and evolution of the characters but also the internal challenges faced by the actors and actresses portraying them. Through analyzing multiple takes, I was able to observe the nuanced emotional approaches they bring to their roles and understood the immense power that coaching processes can exert on their performance. I since then found my passion in integrating artistic and emotional growth.

Loreto Haase

I studied theater and staging at the Universidad Mayor in Santiago de Chile. Early in my career, I worked in acting for both national and international advertising campaigns.

After completing my studies, I transitioned into cinematography, working on fiction and experimental short films. In 2005, I attended a seminar on interpretation and body expression in Buenos Aires, led by Florencia Crespo, which deepened my understanding of character creation—both literary and emotional.

In 2019, I studied a Professional Master’s in Transpersonal and Executive Coaching & Emotional Intelligence, followed by a Professional Master’s in Transpersonal Executive and Team Coaching in Madrid. These programs allowed me to bridge my theatrical background with emotional and transpersonal learning.

Romina Beltramone

.

I studied psychology and dramatic arts, complementing my education with numerous trainings in expressive movement and dance. Filmmaking and creative processes have always been at the heart of my interests and this awakened my passion to bridge the worlds of art and psychology.

Throughout my career, I have worked as an actress, have facilitated theater and movement workshops and have also collaborated in the advertising industry as a screenwriter and Baby Wrangler, working closely with child actors. In recent years, I have expanded my expertise into coaching, applying it across various fields, with a strong emphasis on education, the arts, and team dynamics. I am particularly interested in integrating psychology, coaching, the ontology of language, and neurolinguistic programming into creative processes. I believe these disciplines offer invaluable support to screenwriters, directors, actors, and artists, helping them navigate their creative journeys with greater ease.

For me, true artistic growth comes from focusing on the process rather than the outcome—an approach that, paradoxically, leads to more profound and meaningful results.
